here is the direct link to your case history - from the front page, you have to click on your profile in the right upper corner and then the category "my cases". If the ban was properly removed, your case and any answer from support would appear there. If your account on PSN still shows the ban, then I imagine the ban is still active on your account.
When it comes to bans, it's not possible to contact Support per live chat as those cases are forwarded by support to the Terms of Services team, who will actually work on the dispute. I'd therefore recommend opening a new case on support after checking your cases.

Just now I was tring to create a new case, as you suggested. However, I noticed that after I created my case, the case didnt show in "My Cases" page.
Is this a glitch?
By the way my penalty history is still empty so it really confuse me if my account is still banned or not

I have this exact same issue with submitting a new appeal. It never goes through. Prevents me from buys BF6 I was banned during the beta first or second weekend. Caught in one of the ban waves. I have never hacked or cheated or done anything deserving of a permanent ban. EA support has ghosted me completely.

EA should really invest more in the help section.
I spend 2000+ in apex and guess what, I cant even find a real agent to chat when I need help :) wont spend any money in this game any more
