TOTS+ Recolor Evolution Bug — Ronaldinho didn’t change but slot disappeared

I encountered a serious bug using the TOTS+ Recolor Evolution on my 94 TOTS ICON Ronaldinho.

After applying the evolution:
- The evolution slot is now gone
- The card did NOT change
- Ronaldinho is still ineligible for the 94+1 Evolution
- I lost coins and the evo slot — with NO upgrade

I know many players who successfully used this on Henry and other cards. Ronaldinho should also qualify under the same rule.

This issue has been stuck for over a week, and I still haven’t received any real fix from EA Help. They say it's reported, but there’s been zero progress or update.

Also, the 94+1 Evolution is expiring in a few days. If this is not fixed before it ends, will EA compensate us with a working 95 Ronaldinho?

Please escalate this issue ASAP. This completely breaks the fairness of the game.
