 I am having trouble with an unknown email address (EA account) linked to my steam account. When I try to LINK to steam from my EA account, it says it is already linked as shown in the attached imag...

    When helping with specific issues, like account changes, purchases, and missing content, we must verify that you own this account. We want to ensure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help with your issue currently.

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email:

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

    Please note: These are not situations in which Community Managers can assist over the forums, as we are not Live Support and cannot validate account ownership.

I wanted to consult with you via chat, but I was having trouble getting the chat icon to appear when I left myself logged in.
I tried following your instructions in a logged off state and was able to consult the chat.
As a result, I was able to reconnect my steam account to my EA account. Thank you very much.
