Two Step verification Error

If the email address registered to the EA account has been deleted, you'll want to reach out to our live support team so they can help update those account details, as that isn't something we can do for you here on the forums.

Usually, the steps on this page would walk you through that, but in this case, please contact support directly using either the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page or this web form. Once you're connected with an advisor, they'll need to verify your account ownership before working with you to get things updated.
