UFC 4 (offline bug)

Loaded into ufc 4 and on top of the challenges screen it is showing as offline, but when I load into an online game it work but it shows me and my opponent both as level 1 with no profile picture.

I have tried resetting my Xbox and the game but it does not work.

I also tried changing my Xbox username as I saw that had worked for some people.
