UI not working

Hi guys so recenty power fell of in my house while i was trying to load my save file power fell off and then i load my save and it goes to black screen and altho the music in the main menu works the ui doesnt work while the sound in witch u switch beetween career mode etc.. i have unistalled delete all the files and then reinstalled it and it doesnt seem to work anyone know how to help?
