Ultima 8 don´t open (não roda)

Hello friends. I just installed the EA app, made a new account, bought Ultima 8 and I can't open the game. These messages keep appearing. Why? Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks

Instalei o EA app, fiz uma nova conta, comprei Ultima 8 e o jogo não roda. Fica mostrando essas mensagens. Por favor me ajudem a solucionar isso.
