Ultimate team/ loading game

Hi, this is been going on now for 2 days but before this happened I was playing the game fine n then when I loaded the game up again it come up saying all this but everything at home is working fine and my online pass is still active.but everyone can play it fine apart from me I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the game that didn’t work kept saying the error and now it’s not letting play ultimate team so pls help me!!!
