Unable to access EA account email – need to update email address

Question

Hi. My PlayStation account is linked to an EA account that uses an @baramba.site email address. I know the email address, but I no longer have access to that mailbox, so I can't receive verification codes to change my email or unlink my PSN account. I still have full access to my PlayStation Network account. Can you help me update the email address on my EA account?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
We aren't able to help make changes on the forums, but you can create a new case here to get in touch with support. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there!
