Unable to access email account

So I have all my games and codes redeemed to an old yahoo email that has been deactivated since the longest. Ive tried to chat to a ea support person and they INSIST that the original email is necess...

    Hey ssandylion​ we are not able to assist with any account issues here on AHQ.

    If our team has not been able to assist then I'm sorry to say but there would be nothing we can do.

    Best thing we can suggest is to gather as much info as possible and speak with the team again.

    Love that this is marked as a solution when it’s nothing but shrugging shoulders. EA needs to fix this issue
