EA Customer Service Blows

I have been playing the sims for like 20 years. I have never had to contact customer service before and now that I have I will NEVER purchase from EA again. There is no customer service. They create tickets and then don't update, resolve or follow up. I hope EA goes out of business. They don't even listen or understand the issue - what a joke. Completely disgusted that I gave this company any money ever.
