Unable to contact a EA advisor

A couple of days ago i contact EA advisor Versha C about problems with my account and she told me to switch to the account i was having problems with and contact a advisor. so i did and tried to contact a advisor but i am unable to click my "contact a advisor' option. it is clouded. does anyone know how to fix this.

    Situation like this heke5cqegfog​ all you can really do is open a case with our support team.

    Can you try a different browser/device to see if that helps?

    I tested it on my end and was able to open a case so it may just be something blocking it on your system.

    Hey heke5cqegfog​ if you log into the other account that you used previously are you able to contact an advisor?

    What is the issue with your main account that you need to discuss with the team?

     EA_Darko​ Yea I tried to use the other account but its giving me the same problem. My account was hacked and I'm having trouble with the games my account is linked too. I tried to use the articles they have set but they didn't help with my problem.
