Unable to contact Live Chat
Whenever I try and start a chat with an agent, it redirects me to help.ea.com/en/help-home/ and does not start the chat. I was instructed by the last agent I talked with to start a new chat with more information.

i have the same issue, can only send an email now
There is an option for email?
Whats the email?
Looks like there is some sort of time out feature on chat, waited >24 hours and the option came back
