Ive tried multiple times to change my primary address after being hack but i havent been able to just says the email address i want to change it to is invalid or ive recently changed it. Its been almost 2 months that ive had a random email address for my account. Can someone please help me make a case to ea?

Ive tried that and it just says a case has been created but when i check my cases, theres nothing there.

This might be a long shot, but could you try reaching out the same way via an incognito tab, without logging in?
