Unable to gain access to EA account

Hey, All!

I used to be an avid Sims player when I was younger! I bought it on Orgin and used my mom’s email. I stopped playing after HS. 

Long story short- I never changed my mother’s email and now I cannot get into the account. My mom is in rehab for doing bad bad things- and I have no access to it! 

Support was a joke! I haven’t logged in in years! How would I know the answer to these questions? 

I will be reaching out to the BBB! I encourage others to do the same. EA needs better support. We spend too much money. 

The advisor wouldn’t even tell me how to submit a complaint! (Pics of chat included)
