EA_Lannahow do I get someone from EA to just fix my account? I've tried live chat about a dozen times and it never works, no chat window ever opens and my cases just get closed with no way of chatting within the case itself.
My account was still in use so not sure why it was disabled. Also not sure why when being disabled the email address gets changed to something I don't know, let alone have access to, and it's also not unlinked from 3rd parties such as PSN?
I just need the link to my PSN removed so I can re-link it to a new account.

The only way to get help with an EA account related issue is to chat with our support team directly. Could you try to troubleshoot it? Give these steps a go:- Press F5 to refresh the page
- Clear your browser's cache
- Retry the steps again without logging into the EA account (if you're logged in, log out)
- Try a private browsing window
- Test it from another browser, like Chrome or Edge
