Unable to Log in Online

Im experiencing an issue when trying to log in online. The system keeps requesting a remid cookie, and even when I locate an input the correct one, it still doesnt work or gets rejected. I have followed the suggested steps but nothing seems to solve the problem. 

Please help me resolve this server issue as soon as possible. I would really appreciate any assistance.
