Unable to provide correct informatio=n.

Hello, many years ago I played Apex on PS4. but after I switched to PC I used my PSN account to sign in to EA. but now it asks me to give a 2FA code that is sent to an email I dont have access to anymore.

I tried contacting support but somehow they say they couldn't prove that my info is correct. 
I still can play the game on PS4 with that account and access it only on PS4.

I gave them all the info that I had but still nothing.
