Unable to receive verification codes for EA Account

Question

I am writing to report a critical issue with my EA account. I am unable to log in to the web-based game store because I am not receiving the verification codes sent to my email address.

I was able to receive the verification codes as recently as yesterday morning, but I have not been able to receive them since yesterday afternoon. The core problem is that no emails from EA, including login verification codes and password reset links, are being delivered to my inbox. This issue appears to be unrelated to my Email account's status, as I have confirmed my account is functioning properly

Hi bbgotaGun​,
Have you checked your spam folder to see if the emails ended up there?&nbsp;
Also check that your inbox isn't full and test if you can receive other emails.&nbsp;
If you still have an old email from ea@e.ea.com, open it and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the code and check if you receive it.

This is happening to my partners account, though can sign in on the web browser but when it comes to trying to receive a code, its nowhere to be found. Email is correct and typed correctly, images are set to be displayed in gmail, its not in the spam folder, I've tried to set a new filter and have it never be sent to spam, Ive tried using a recognized device but even that isnt working. Just trying to be able to play sims 4 and skate on an xbox one because the ps5 stopped working right now.
