Hi bbgotaGun​,

Have you checked your spam folder to see if the emails ended up there? 

Also check that your inbox isn't full and test if you can receive other emails. 

If you still have an old email from ea@e.ea.com, open it and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the code and check if you receive it.
