Hi, definitely tried this before just to get stuck in the same loop, last time I even added all the needed info before they asked (the info you also stated in your reply) but they still asked for the same info (which of course can’t be delivered since you can’t reopen the case or answer on the no reply mail. I have tried to find the chat option under the subjects that connect with my issue but it’s always the mail option.
anything else that could be done?
The chat option might not be available depending on the subject selected.
If you select "EA account" as a product:
and then click on "See all help topics" and select "I want to update my EA account information":
You should get the chat option:
I just went through the contact flow here and the chat option appeared for me.
Please try that out and let us know if this works for you.
