Unable to Understand the Process

Hey all!

After some time away I learned my account ive had since 2012 was hacked. After a long process to recover (Thank you EA support on this step, you guys were fantastic here!)

I then learned whoever stole my account had added 30 plus friends and got my account banned from Apex. I recieved 3 automated appeal denials, then submitted a formal DSAR to get further clarity. This only stated that the details of the ban would have been sent to my email, this would have been sent to the ahckers email address. It doesn't seem to matter how much evidence and detail I provide I am just stuck in a loop. I have over 1,000 total hours and nearly $2,000 since beta put into this account, I can't just let this go over getting my account stolen one time in 14 years. 

Now what I am confused about, my Penatly History section is empty but I am still banned. Further to this my case file previously titled "Apex Legends Ban / Recovered Account" was changed by supprt to "Delete EA Account"

Does anyone have some advice to help me along?

    Thanks for taking the time to describe the situation. It's definitely frustrating to have an account you spent time, effort, and money on, actioned for behaviour that occurred while the account was compromised. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to change or the insights to discuss anything here on the forums, so creating an appeal as you have is the right way forward. 

    If you followed these steps to create an appeal, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. If your penalty history page is empty, you'll need to contact our live support team and work with them to submit another appeal. This review will continue to be conducted by a human advisor, and they'll reach out to you via email once that review is complete. 

    In the meantime, feel free to keep an eye on the status of the appeal on your case history page. Thanks!
