Unfair advantage

So here is what I don’t think is fair. We have Preds going on other people’s accounts and boosting people for rank or badges. For example, HERC 30, whom streams through tik tok and advertises this service for money. Now I don’t think I should be playing against this guy while he is on multiple accounts. This is unfair gaming for the community. But yet people praise this guy for his skills.
