Unknown EA Account Connected To My Steam Account

I'm in the same boat for my Xbox account. I can't unlink my accoutn or change any information. I changed all my account information when it was hacked in the past but it's sending all my verification emails to an email I don't recognize so I can't update my 2fa authentication to my new email or phone number.  Need some help on this! Need to speak with an EA support agent? Anyone know how to actually get someone to assist with these types of issues?
