This is something that EA Help could potentially assist you with, but you'd need to pass their security protocol to prove that you're the owner of the account first, so you might want to gather as much information as you can before contacting them.
If you select the "Contact us" button at the end of the guide below, though, you will need to speak with the bot first, but it should then pass you to EA Help.
