Unlink my double Xbox accounts

I have full fledged access to my EA account, I go to connections but I simply can't unlink the games. EA support is saying that due to a new policy change they aren't able to help me unlink my accounts. Any ideas on what I could do?

    *unlink the accounts. My bad as you can also see the unlink button is just not present
