Unlink my PSN account from a hacker ea account

Hello,

My PlayStation Network (PSN) account was hacked on September 11, 2022. During that time, the person who had access to my PSN account linked it to their EA account using the email address b******@gmail.com — this is not my email and I do not have access to that EA account.

I have since recovered my PSN account and secured it. Now, I want to link my PSN account to my own EA account: l******@gmail.com.

Please help me:

Unlink my PSN account from the EA account associated with b****@gmail.com

  1. Allow me to link my PSN account to my EA account: l*****@gmail.com

I can provide any verification or proof needed to confirm ownership of my PSN and EA accounts.

    Hi there. We're not able to help with hacked accounts over the EA Forums. Please see the article here for assistance. 

    Also, our system automatically removes email addresses. In the future, make sure you do not post email addresses on any public forums. They can be used to compromise an account.

    How come you can't help me? Support doesn't reply at all. I'm planning to buy a fc 26 and a BF 6 and I don't have them linked to my account so I'd rather not buy them.

    You need to verify ownership of the account and that's not something we have the ability to do over the forums. Which is why you have to open a case with an advisor since they can go through that process.
