UNLINK MY STEAM ACC FROM SOMEONE'S EA

Hey there I really need help if anybody know how to unlink my steam account from someone i don't know EA account please help me

I have a steam account and I bought nfs heat while ago on steam, when I play the game the username is "rodimas4" which is not me, when I open the EA app i see the account (i am auto logged in) to this "rodimas4", I want to unlink the account but it need twofactorauthetication which of course i don't have because that is not my account neither the email

I did contact helpl EA for several times but there are no reply
