Unlink old EA account without old email

Question

Anyone able to help me with a current issue I have?

I have and old EA account linked to my PlayStation, but don’t have the old email and password for the EA account, was hoping to unlink my old EA account from PlayStation as I have a new EA account now, but won’t allow me to do so

I'm having the same issue with my xbox account except it's connected to a disabled EA account. and EA help has been anything but helpful. it's pissing me off because it's keeping me from playing battlefield 3.&nbsp;
