Solved

Unlinking EA account I did not create from my PSN.

I have been going in circles trying to unlink an old EA account that I believe my friend created probably over a decade ago on my PSN.  I am unable to verify the account because it was never mine to begin with and therefore I am completely locked out of playing BF6.

Wondering if anyone has had any success with this. The live chat has been completely useless.

If the issue is that you can't pass ownership verification, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. We can't give access to accounts without verifying ownership. The best I can advise is to contact an advisor again and try to recall the answers to those questions.

Hi there. I'm sorry to say, only an advisor can help with this if you can pass account ownership verification. A case can be opened by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

    Hi Aljo,

I have tried talking with the advisors numerous times and it has been of no help.  There has to be some other way to figure this out right?  I can verify my Playstation Network Account ownership etc.  I just have no way of verifying a decades old EA account that I believe my friend created.  This has left me locked out of playing Battlefield completely.

Every time I talk to one of the advisors they provide almost zero help.  There has to be a solution for this.  At this point its borderline anti-consumer practices as I have no way of playing the game.
