I have tried talking with the advisors numerous times and it has been of no help. There has to be some other way to figure this out right? I can verify my Playstation Network Account ownership etc. I just have no way of verifying a decades old EA account that I believe my friend created. This has left me locked out of playing Battlefield completely.
Every time I talk to one of the advisors they provide almost zero help. There has to be a solution for this. At this point its borderline anti-consumer practices as I have no way of playing the game.
Community ManagerIf the issue is that you can't pass ownership verification, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do. We can't give access to accounts without verifying ownership. The best I can advise is to contact an advisor again and try to recall the answers to those questions.
