FC 26 gauntlet 18 mode

After the 4th game in gauntlet 18 (no matter if I win, lose, quit) I get msg Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu. I tried  - new squad, hard reset console (xbox series x), reset router, clear Mac address. any ides what is the solution? any ea support knows the answer?
