Unlinking Xbox account from EA

Question

So i have been in a loop here, my EA account was recently hacked which i got it back from EA Support Live chat. After that, i went to my EA account just to see the ban on my account stating that i violated the user agreement by giving away my account. I understand why this might be triggered, but now i am stuck in a loop. My ticket recieved no answer, EA help doesnt explain if there is any way to unlink xbox account on a disabled EA account. Now i am stuck here not knowing what to do!&nbsp;

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that your account has been compromised.&nbsp;In such cases, it's best to contact EA Help support via chat, so you can talk to an advisor and clarify all your questions. They should also be able to assist you in regaining access to your account. Once that's done, you can send a ban dispute by following the steps in this&nbsp;article.

As i said earlier, my ticket have been ignore for quite a while and i dont see a article that is suitible for my situation. The first link leads me back to EA help which doesnt have a chat feature but only a ticket feature!

You can contact them via chat by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking on "Contact Us", from there, you will be redirected to fill out a form. In this form, please select "Compromised EA Account" in the topic, and you should get the option to start a chat after filling out the form.&nbsp;
