Unfortunately, like you said. Many of us have this issue.
None of us have been able to actually resolve it. One or two people somehow got advisors to delete their bans, but everyone else is told make an appeal.
I have 2 open. One sitting in waiting for studio, the other just "New.".
No one has any idea to what is causing the bans. We all have some similar stuff here n there but it's truly random.
Some people have rebought the game / subscribed to EA Play pro for now. But even that is a risk. I did that after my steam was banned & so far they've banned 3 accounts. I'm just gonna wait until they figure their issue out.
Im in the same boat. The worse part is there will be no retribution. They ban you from playing the game that you purchased with money you earned and yet they take away that right to play for days, weeks, months without any consequence to them. In all seriousness I am about sick of their system. This isn't some simple issue. Their system is banning alot of people that do not deserve it. If they start removing a ton of these fraudulent bans, they will have to look into their garbage program that is supposed to catch cheaters because it is obviously banning more people who arent.
