Updating Account

I am trying to update my email address so i can fix my game. When i go to change my email and then i click it and it asks me for verification codes but i cant get the codes cause i dont have access t...

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. I see you mentioned the bot, but for this you'll need actual support to take a look.

The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
