and i tried logging into my EA app in an incognito browser just for it to say my account is disabled but it shouldnt be

You should be able to start a case here to get in touch with support. You'll need to fill out a couple categories on this page versus one of the other help pages, but I'd try either the Update EA Account or Login issues options for the initial question.
