Subject: Urgent Appeal Regarding Account Ban - Hardware ID Issue

Dear EATeam,

I am writing to sincerely appeal a ban on my account. In March of this year, while playing The First Descendant at an internet cafe in Dalian, Liaoning Province, my account was banned.

After testing, I discovered that the ban was applied to the Hardware ID (HWID) of the computer I was using at the time, which subsequently caused my account to be banned as well.

I have already communicated with the internet cafe owner regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I was unable to reach a resolution. I am now at a loss and have nowhere else to turn.

I am a kind-hearted person who respects life and always strives to do meaningful things. The First Descendant is my spiritual pillar; I love this game deeply. Therefore, I earnestly恳请 the TOS Team to review my case and help me resolve this issue with my account.

Please keep in mind that The First Descendant is not an EA title, so we would not be able to assist with any account bans related to that particular game.&nbsp;
If you've received a ban on your EA account or for an EA title, please follow these steps to appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look over the situation.
