Please keep in mind that The First Descendant is not an EA title, so we would not be able to assist with any account bans related to that particular game. 

If you've received a ban on your EA account or for an EA title, please follow these steps to appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look over the situation.

If this is specifically regarding The First Descendant, I would reach out to Nexon support instead, thanks!
