Unable to login to any games

Whenever I try to play EA FC 26 on Xbox Series X, I get the message "Unable to load information from the server. Please try again later."

The message has been consistent for the last few days so I don't think it's a temporary issue, and I get the same problem when trying to play on another platform (PC) or another EA game (skate., Battlefield), which leads me to believe it's an account-related problem. I don't have any issues logging in to the EA website though.

I've seen other posts suggesting that disabling 2FA fixes this issue, however that unfortunately didn't work in my case

any chance this could be fixed? I can't play any EA games until this is sorted and I just want to play clubs with the boys :(

    Hey alfezumaa​, this can pop up from time to time for some users and is generally related to issues with connection or corrupt files.

    That you are seeing it on more than one game and platform would lead me to believe that it's connection-related. Know it's frustrating, but these kinds of issues can often be sorted pretty easily by following the recommended troubleshooting steps.

    Let's start by tackling the connection, can you take a couple of minutes to go through the connection troubleshooting steps to see if it helps with your issue.

    It's also worth testing on another network if possible, using your phone as a hotspot and mobile data would be a great way to test.

    If you continue to see issues, would it be possible to test on another profile to see if it helps.

    Hey EA_Darko​ 

    I went through all the connection troubleshooting steps but still no luck. I have tried from my phone hotspot and it makes no difference. I've also tried:

    - Clearing the cache

    - Hard reset my Xbox

    - Cleared my alternate MAC address

    - Used a different DNS

    - Deleted EA FC 26 profile data

    - Uninstalled + Reinstalled EA FC 26

    Trying from my friend's account on my Xbox works perfectly fine, no connection issues at all

    (Again, I'm using EA FC 26 as an example but this affects all EA games)

    Just thought I'd add - I recently had a member of EA support staff try to change my username from "alfezumaa" to "alfezuma" as it won't let me make that change (no idea why, but that's its own problem...), and I believe they made a change directly in the backend. It didn't work unfortunately, but I wonder if that left my account in a slightly weird state where in some places my EA ID is "alfezuma" but in others it's "alfezumaa" so they don't match and that throws an error. Just a hunch but obviously I have no way of verifying that
