Verification code not sending to my email

i have had not this account but my other since 2021 and i have had no issues but i have gotten a new laptop and i wanted to sign in on my account and it keeps sending me a verification code to get into the game and i never receive it. i made another account on accident which is the one i am using now, it will send a verification code to this email super quick. i have been trying to get into my other account for about 4 days now. i have summited a dispute or whatever not gotten back to me. i have over 10 hours on sims 4 and mutilple legacies and i cannot get into my account. on my old laptop i can log in easily without a code, but for me to change anything on my account i must have a verification code but i cannot get one. they arent blocked, not in spam folder, i have plenty of gmail space. this is ridiculous, i dont even have 2 factor authentication on. i just want to play sims 4 man.
