Web app don't open

Hey there I bought fc25 on steam then link it with ea after that I logged into ultimate web app first before start the game then an message showed which said "early web and mobile access has expired. You need to login to football ultimate team 25 on your console or PC to continue using this account. Then I opened the game and played many mods like moments, squad battles, rivals and draft then logged again from webapp and the same message and it's Stuck like this since yesterday I contact support and they didn't help me they consider it as webapp market access but I'm taking about webapp it self I want to do SBCS from web it's easier please if anyone knew how to solve that
