Game stuck on black/purple screen after halftime/fulltime PC Steam

Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue in EA Sports FC 25 (PC, via Steam with EA Play subscription). In Career Mode, whenever halftime ends or after the full-time whistle, the game gets stuck on a black or purple screen and does not continue. I have to close and restart the game, but the problem keeps happening every match. The same issue also happens sometimes in Kick Off or Tournament mode. Platform: PC (Steam, Windows 11). Tried: Restarting and reinstalling, but it still happens. Please advise if there is any fix, official update, or instant solution. Thank you.
