Weird EA ban and no idea how to fix
So there's a game called Pvz garden warfare 2 that was for 8 dollars, now i saw this as a steal and considering that my friends also had this i considered this a win-win. So i got the game and made an ea account, i didn't know how the ID thing worked cause i didn't know it was a username thing so i just put in a small range of numbers, i put in 436528 (just for a quick let know, the terms and conditions did not say anything about the user/id not being allowed to be numbers) so i get on the game play for the day, (great game) and get off for the night. The next day i try to get on, it says that I'm now banned for "violating" terms of agreement. Keep in mind this was the day AFTER i got the game and made the account so i saw this as kind of bull crapish. I try appealing it but they say that they did the right thing. I thought maybe it was because I didn't have the proper evidence, so i took these 2 screenshots, 1 being the day i bought the game (ignore Alyx) and the other being the day of the ban. This time they didn't respond till today where they said the same thing, "they did the right thing" (not exact) honestly at this point i considered calling them to maybe get a better, more effective appeal yet I can't seem to find anything that can help with that. Honestly the whole situation is just a whole mess and i just find it bull crap that an EA account somehow gets banned the day AFTER its made, i tried figuring out a reason why it was banned but couldn't come up with anyway it broke the terms of agreement. If anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it.
Hi Kermit_the_chad,
I'm sorry to say that there only way of appealing a ban is what you've done already. There also isn't a phone number for the Terms of Service team unfortunately.
I'm afraid that all I can advise is to try appealing again using the same steps. However, if they are not willing to remove the ban then it will stay in place.
