Where do I get in touch with EA Support?
I have tried using the form on the help site, but I haven’t received any confirmation email, so I don’t even know if it was sent.
I’ve also waited in the live chat for several hours, but no one showed up.
I'm writing this on behalf of my friend, whose account was hacked. We need help recovering it.
