Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live cha...

    Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

Hey there, you can find the live chat by clicking on this link: https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us". 

On the next page, fill in the form and select the following topic: Update EA Account

That should give you the option to start a chat.

    I was only given the option to email, live chat appears to be currently not available.

    EA_cuervo​ I am also locked out of my account and need to update the Email since Google disabled mine a couple years back with no access/no recovery.  I can't find the chat anywhere and also please have IT fix the drop downs to add STUFF FOR US TO PUT IN GAME OR PRODUCT.. Ticket system is flawed, I'm sure you know this. 

    I'm still able to log in through the connected Playstation account but I can not verify since I have no access to previous email account.

    That’s not a live chat. Respectfully, pull ya head in. And even with fact it’s NOT a live chat, rarely can you even submit a claim.

        EA_cuervo​ Go to my thread and post a solution for that one. Battlefield 6 has been unplayable for a large number of players for over 2 weeks, and you're over on this thread? Is EA actively ignoring the issue I am having? Please respond and make your way over to my forum post.

    I can't even figure out how to fill the sections they give you, it asks me what platform am i using but doesnt allow me to type anything in it it just says nothing i type exists to choose. I dont have a VPN i just need to contact them. HOW?

      Buddy AlienBunnies​  use OPERA , it has built in VPN , you can choose from there . Even right now iam writing this using OPERA browser . And as per your problem to what to write in platform section , you need to write whether you have PLAYSTATION 5 4 or XBOX SERIES S X . DONT WRITE just PS or XBOX , write completely PLAYSTATION YOUR console name and a drop down list will appear and choose from there . Hope that answer the problem you are facing .

        I appreciate that and ill check it out. I don't have a playstation or xbox anything i just have my desktop computer so that's why i had difficulties typing it in, as there didn't seem to be any options for PC. But im guessing PC is Xbox now or something? Ill check out Opera though thanks a bunch. Im honestly just having trouble with plants vs zombies it asks for a product key after installing and when i put it in it tells me my computer is offline. Forces me to quit out. Unable to play. They also never got back to me when the origin app changed to EA app, when they removed one of the Beholder games from my library that i had paid for and said it didnt exist on the EA app anymore and that was that.

    I used that link and it keeps giving me an error when it asks what platform I'm using. I'm on a windows computer and no platforms show up. It's a garbage system - I have to type in exactly what they want to see and it doesn't let me input anything. Help please.

    What should I do about the fact that no matter what I try, I cannot get the "platform" box on the form to populate, rendering it impossible to submit a question about my issue on the linked webpage?
