Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

After I click "Contact us" only circle appears and stays turning, nothing really happens when we are in need of help..

Tried with US Vpn (US IP address) but there seems to be no difference.

I'm trying to launch EA FC 24 but:

Tried to do what popup windows says but there is no difference when trying again, the error stays the same.
