I need to either merge or delete an EA account that is not linked to a gaming platform and adjust my older EA account that IS linked to a platform however is associated with a deactivated email address. I have filed a case and EA support continues to close the case with a chat transcript to a chat that I was never invited too. This has happened three times in the last two days. What gives?

They force close all my cases now, after not helping at all and expecting me to remember every last of info from 7 plus years ago. I'm in the same situation right now.
