Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

as you can see cuervo contact is nowhere to be found.I guess europeans have the right to buy your games but not the right to get help from you(because some1 said live support is available only in the US).Its like going to a store and buying something broken and going back to the register with the receipt and the cashier tells you to figure it out yourself.
