Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

I have been trying for weeks to get a case resolved from a false ban I received. No one from EA has contacted me in over 2 and a half weeks. I have been hearing cases on this widespread of false bans and I am assuming its been due to another anticheat running in the background. All I need is my case resubmitted. I want to reopen my case on my ban. Is it possible to get in reach with someone? I have the case numbers and everything else.
