Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live cha...

    Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

please I am looking to get in contact with support via live chat & I tried what you had instructed earlier in the thread but I couldn’t find “Update EA Account “. 

I am hoping to chat with a live agent and for full context, I am on mobile web.

4 days ago , i posted the complete GUIDE on how to approach the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT , you must see that . 
You said , you couldnt find “Update EA Account “ . No problem , thats fine , choose other options until the LIVE CHAT SUPPORT option becomes visible .
